Bakersfield, CA–

Bakersfield resident Rebecca Flores recorded a struggle between a police officer and a woman on Wednesday.  In the video, recorded from a distance at Union and 4th St near a Dollar General store, you can see a police officer on top of a person with their legs flailing.  Witnesses are heard yelling “don’t sock her!”, and one woman is heard calling 911 on the police officer.
