A Rally in Support of Law Enforcement Officers is being held today on the steps of the California State Capitol. Organizers call the rally “a time to show our law enforcement officers that Californians respect, care for, and support our peace officers and their families.”
“Now is the time for communities to step up and demonstrate their gratitude and support for service and sacrifices our law enforcement officers make on a daily basis,” said Colleen Britton.
“It’s an opportunity to affirm our faith in our law enforcement officers and to honor and support their families. It sends the important message, ‘We stand behind You and your Badge!'”
Sacramento activists aren’t having it though.

THE POLICE ARE HOLDING A “POLICE SUPPORT RALLY” ON THIS DAY IN COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR THE VICTIMS OF POLICE TERRORISM AND THEIR FAMILIES. LET’S REMIND THEM AND THEIR SUPPORTERS THAT THE REST OF US WITHOUT A BADGE “STILL CAN’T BREATHE” !!
How much more support do police need?? They already murder us with impunity, yet they feel the need to constantly be made the victims and reassure themselves they are heroes. WE NEED TO REASSURE THEM THAT WE WANT KILLER COPS OFF OUR STREETS IN #2015
