The March Against Monsanto event in Fresno grows every year, and this year was definitely the largest. Around 100 people participated in the protest against Monsanto in Riverpark on Saturday.
Raquel Duke, event organizer, says they aim to raise awareness of genetically modified food:
Each year we hope to bring more attention to genetically modified food, the more people research the more informed they become, then they learn which companies are safe and which ones are shoving tons of money to keep us in the dark about whats in our food.
